How long will it take from time of ordering?
We will make every possible attempt to coordinate a delivery to you as quickly as possible. In most cases you can expect your meal to arrive 45-55 minutes from the time we receive your order. Please note that delivery times will vary for a number of circumstances, such as: weather and traffic conditions, distance from restaurant to destination, special events and food preparation time. Please remember that all of our participating restaurants will be preparing your meals to order. We do suggest customers order in advance whenever possible to ensure a specific delivery time. To place an advance order, select a delivery time when ordering online or call us to schedule a delivery time.
Will Doorstep Delivery accept my restaurant coupon?
We do not accept any coupons other than Doorstep Delivery coupons. Keep an eye out for our promotions! We periodically email coupon codes to our loyal customers or post special promotions on Facebook, so be sure to "like" your local Doorstep Delivery's Facebook page.
My friends are coming over & not everyone is in the mood for Italian. Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes, absolutely! Doorstep Delivery can coordinate for multiple restaurant orders to be delivered to a single destination. Please be advised that there is a $12.50 minimum order per restaurant and the $3.99 delivery fee is applied for each restaurant.
How do I add a special request to my order?
Once the item is selected click "Edit" and then type your special request.
Is delivery available outside my delivery area?
YES! We will happily coordinate delivery outside of our normal service area for orders over $75. To do so, simply click on the "Order Now" or "Advanced Orders Button" and then at the top of the zip code page, click on where it says "Click here for outside our service area." If you have any questions, feel free to call us.
What about drinks and plastic-ware?
Doorstep Delivery can provide you with individual 12oz cans or a 6 pack of soda. We also offer bottled spring water in 16.9oz bottles. Plastic-ware can also be provided for a small fee. Just be sure to select these items during the order process or give us a call!
What if I am not satisfied with the service or meals?
Note: All sales are final.
• Doorstep Delivery will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with our service and your meal.
• Doorstep Delivery requires all participating restaurants to package your meals according to your order. Your self-employed catering and delivery professional will NOT open the packaging to verify the accuracy or preparation of your meal.
• All of the self-empoloyed catering and delivery professionals are fully screened and are fully insured. Please contact our office with any complaints or concerns.
Yes, gratuities are greatly appreciated. Your self-employed catering and delivery professional utilizes their own vehicles and they work very hard to make sure you receive your meals hot and in a timely manner. A 15% tip is appreciated! It is NOT added to your total.
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, & pre-approved business checks. Business/Corporate accounts can be set-up through our account manager at our office. We do not accept personal checks.
Yes, there is a minimum food order of $12.50 per restaurant for delivery and a delivery fee of $3.99 per restaurant. These fees may vary by location.
